Position Overview

Flicka Cosmetics is looking for a strategic and growth-driven marketing leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale revenue growth and building high-performing marketing ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience managing marketing budgets and generating revenue across global digital platforms, including Meta, Google, Amazon, and more.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in scaling D2C and marketplace brands, leading full-funnel performance marketing, and crafting brand storytelling that delivers measurable ROI and fosters long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement high-impact growth strategies across paid media, marketplaces, and D2C platforms.


• Manage marketing budgets ($2–3M annually) and deliver strong ROAS and revenue outcomes.


• Lead full-funnel performance marketing campaigns encompassing acquisition, retention, and reactivation.


• Build, position, and scale consumer-focused brands by combining storytelling with performance analytics.


• Oversee omnichannel brand presence across digital and influencer ecosystems.


• Take P&L ownership and lead cross-functional teams (30+ members) across marketing, operations, and retention.


• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing objectives with business and revenue goals.


• Implement funnel optimization strategies to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Employment Type: Full Time

Office Timing: 9.15 to 6.30

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

CTC upto:- 25 LPA
