Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads for real estate projects and services.
  • Information Provision: Clearly and persuasively explain property and project details to potential customers.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inbound inquiries from interested customers, providing them with information and support.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with relevant client information and follow up regularly.
  • Sales Coordination: Schedule site visits or property viewings for interested customers and collaborate with field sales agents for seamless execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Reporting: Create and update activity reports on calls, leads, customers, and sales to help increase revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
  • Persuasion: A persuasive and confident approach to drive sales and address objections.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented personality with strong customer service skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Sales Acumen: Convincing skills, negotiation abilities, and proven ability to close deals.
  • Pressure Handling: The ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet sales targets.
  • Education: A minimum of 10th HSC (12th pass) is often required, though a bachelor's degree is sometimes preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in REALEASTATE tele-sales, call centers, or the real estate industry is often preferred.
