Role & responsibilities

  • Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service): Extensive hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and solution architecture.
  • Power Platform: Skilled in building robust solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
  • Development Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, with deep experience in plugin development using Dynamics SDK.
  • Diagnostics & Performance Tuning: Expertise in using Plugin Trace Logs, Power Platform Admin Center, and XrmToolBox for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Azure Integration: Practical experience integrating D365 CRM with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and external systems.
  • Copilot Studio: Hands-on experience building intelligent apps and virtual agents, including Copilot extensions.
  • Dataverse & Advanced Tools: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, OData, PCF, and FetchXML.
  • ALM & DevOps: Proficient in solution packaging, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Agile Delivery: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced, agile environments.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM SDK.
  • Experience building Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, and automating workflows using Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus for CRM integration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, PCF controls, FetchXML, and OData queries.
