**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant**Job Description:The role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is pivotal in ensuring the seamless technical support for MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. The primary objective is to provide expert technical guidance and support to our client's India office in Bengaluru, enabling them to maximize their system's potential.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured and met.• Analyze requirements received from business process leads and key stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.• Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform, focusing on optimization and best practices.• Understand business needs, determine the best technical solution, and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.• Support testing activities and training end users as required.• Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as necessary.• Ensure MS standards are followed, and the system is configured optimally for performance.• Maintain, manage, and support D365 applications post-implementation.• Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.• Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.• Develop quality documentation according to industry standards.• Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.• Support DRA, Printer, and scanner-related requirements.• Create, manage, and maintain workflows.• Create, manage, maintain, and monitor batch jobs.Qualifications:• Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.• D365 Support experience.• Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
