Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive / Field Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies (inside or field-based, as assigned).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (for field executives).
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support lead-generation campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT Sales
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, tele-sales, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Flexibility to travel for field roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
