Business Development Associate - Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition and revenue growth through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. This role focuses on leveraging digital tools to identify, engage, and convert leads in the B2B market research industry.
This role is perfect for ambitious freshers with a growth mindset, ready to kickstart a rewarding career in strategic growth and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify potential clients and create a strong pipeline through digital outreach.
- Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential clients and key decision-makers through cold messaging or calls to schedule meetings, understand client needs, and present our offerings.
- Client Acquisition: Support client acquisition efforts by leveraging digital tools, participating in virtual networking, and engaging in online events to identify growth opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Develop a client-first approach by understanding individual business needs and effectively showcasing how our market research solutions can deliver value.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales goals by contributing to new business wins and helping grow existing client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience using LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation.
- 0 - 3 years in appointment setting in market research, consulting, or B2B services industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas via digital platforms.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Shift Timings: 9 hour shift vary from (1pm - 4am) depending on the geography.
