Customer Delight Executive (Receptionist) – Female Only

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide support to clients and assist in upselling products or services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish or other languages a plus).
  • Basic calling and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
