Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell cutting tools and machining solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of cutting tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Promote and sell cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and machining solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and trials at customer sites.
• Understand machining applications and recommend suitable tooling solutions to optimize productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the application and service teams for tool trials and after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders effectively.
