Our Client, the leading supplier of Automatic Waste Compsting Machines and many other engineering solutions, is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and drive business growth across Gujarat and occasionally in other states.

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive sales and business development with large corporate manufacturing industries.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.

● Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

● Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profi tability.

● Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of solutions and services.

● Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.

● Travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to other states for client visits, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fi eld.

● Proven experience in sales with Big Corporate Manufacturing Industries.

● Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

● Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.

● Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.
