Obtain and document customer feedback

Set appointments for sales representatives

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback

Update customer databases

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met

Handle potential leads by thoroughly understanding their requirements

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a Tele caller or relevant customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally

Strong sales skills and ability to close deals

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Persistent and result-oriented approach

Good understanding of telemarketing and negotiation techniques

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Availability to work flexible hours

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
