OBJECTIVE WHY IS IT IMPORTANT WEIGHTAGE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR To diligently appraise loan applications in line with credit policy of the organization - UCV To build a good quality portfolio at the branch % ED as per treshold levels To diligently appraise loan applications in line with credit policy of the organization - New CV To build a good quality portfolio at the branch % Support the sales team in achieving their objectives. To contribute to the overall performance of the branch by being an effective team player % Sales Objectives Vs Actuals (Annexure Part B - 30% Honest Actions Ensure that file is complete in all aspects before the loan is disbursed as per FTR To ensure that all relevant documents of the customer are available in the records % FTR - Process File completion as per policy and strict adherence File Quality % Score based on quality of physical files received at HO (Annexure Early defaut cases in the first 6,9,12 months
