JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Site Execution Manager to oversee the implementation of design projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that design concepts are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. The Design Site Execution Manager will work closely with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Project coordination: Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and design specifications. Ensure effective communication and coordination between design, construction, and project management teams.

2.  On-site Supervision: Oversee the execution of design projects on-site to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide on-site guidance.

3.  Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that workmanship meets design standards and specifications. Conduct inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from the approved design.

4.  Material and resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor and manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.

5.  Problem Resolution: Identify and address any on-site challenges or issues that may arise during the construction phase. Collaborate with stakeholders to find effective and timely solutions.

6.  Budget Management: Monitor project expenses related to on-site execution and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design integrity.

7.  Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including progress reports, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that as-built documentation accurately reflects executed designs.

8.  Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all on-site personnel. Conduct regular safety audits and address any safety concerns promptly.

9.  Client Interaction: Interface with clients during site visits to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

10. Timeline Management: Work closely with project management to ensure that on-site activities align with project timelines. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate delays and streamline the construction process.

Qualification and Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in on-site project management and execution, preferably in a design-related industry. (Portfolio required).

·      Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.

Salary would be in line with the experience
