About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts professional to handle and oversee

end-to-end accounts processes for our USA and Canada back-office operations. The

ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of international accounting standards,

reporting, and compliance, with hands-on expertise in managing accounts receivable,

accounts payable, reconciliations, and monthly closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for USA and Canada entities.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions,

ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account

reconciliations.

  • Handle general ledger postings, journal entries, and accruals.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash

flow statements.

  • Ensure compliance with US & Canadian accounting policies, taxation norms,

and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate with onshore teams, external auditors, and internal departments for

smooth financial operations.

  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff in the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA- mandatory).
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably with international

exposure (USA/Canada).

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and taxation policies applicable to USA and

Canada.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Tally

ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with overseas

teams.

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and lead processes.
