The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

We are looking for a
Sales Executive
to drive growth across
Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, and Modern Trade
channels. If you're passionate about FMCG sales and love working in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    Q-Comm accounts
    (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) – listings, promotions, fill rates.
  • Drive
    E-Commerce sales
    on Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket.
  • Handle
    Modern Trade placements & activations
    .
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, track dashboards & reporting.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and category managers to ensure smooth availability.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in FMCG/Q-Comm/E-Comm/MT sales.
  • Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, advanced MS Office / Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Startup mindset: flexible, self-driven, and eager to grow.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
