Role & responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished plastic moulded components as per specifications.
  • Carry out visual, dimensional, and functional inspection
  • Verify quality parameters as per drawings, SOPs, and sampling plans.
  • Identify defects
  • Conduct first-piece approval (FPA) and line clearance before production runs.
  • Prepare inspection reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and rejection summaries.
  • Maintain proper records for ISO and other audits.
  • Support customer complaint analysis and assist in root cause investigations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (Plastic Technology, Mechanical, or relevant field).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in QC for plastic injection moulding
  • Hands-on knowledge of QC tools & instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and dimensional defects.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.

Work Conditions:

  • Duty Time: 12 hours per shift.
  • Shift System: Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night).
