Job Opening: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Hyderabad

About Us: Perfect Pincode is a leading real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships in the real estate market. This role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to secure property sales.

Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Negotiate sales terms and close deals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

Valid driver's license and own vehicle (if required).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
