Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Credit Card Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to promote and sell credit cards directly to customers. The role involves meeting potential clients in person, explaining credit card features and benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.

Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits of credit cards.

Assist customers in completing application forms and verifying documents.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Provide feedback to the team leader on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

0–2 years of experience in field sales or banking (freshers can apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Must be comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people.
