Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, promoting our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers and present company products/services.
 - Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
 - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
 - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product demos.
 - Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
 - Collect feedback and market intelligence to help improve sales strategies.
 - Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
 - Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or B2B sales preferred.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality.
 - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 - Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler for client visits.
 - Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an added advantage.
 - Education: 10 2 / Graduate (any discipline).
