Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills along with a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM systems, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and business trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
