Opening for corporate lawyer with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, M&A, and taxation (in-house or law firm).

LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed law school; additional qualifications in Chartered Accountancy (CA), CS, or LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Indian tax laws (including GST and income tax), FEMA, Companies Act, and SEBI/RBI regulations.
  • Experience working with promoters, senior management, auditors, and external law firms.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹125,000.00 per month
