Hiring: Corporate Lawyer - Ahmedabad

Join a Multinational Oil & Gas Conglomerate

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Company: A multinational group headquartered in Dubai with operations across Africa and a branch office in Ahmedabad.

Position: Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage and oversee our legal operations in India, with exposure to our international business in the UAE and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.

Provide legal advice on corporate compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.

Coordinate with external counsel and governmental authorities.

Support international transactions, business expansion, and legal documentation.

Ensure legal alignment with global policies and local regulations.

Assist with litigation matters, company secretarial tasks, and internal audits.

**Requirements**:
Law graduate (LLB); LLM preferred.

5 to 8 years of relevant corporate legal experience.

Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and international legal exposure.

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to travel occasionally to the UAE and Africa for work purposes.

Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or infrastructure sector is a plus.
