**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration with CS**: Work with Company Secretaries on corporate governance, legal compliance, and filing requirements (e.g., board resolutions, annual returns).
- **Legal Drafting**: Draft and review contracts, agreements, corporate resolutions, and other legal documents related to business operations.
- **VAT Filing & SEBI Compliance**: Ensure VAT compliance and filing, and assist in SEBI-related regulations for listed companies.
- **In-House Legal Support**: Provide counsel on corporate matters, risk management, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- **Company Listing**: Assist with the legal aspects of listing a company on stock exchanges, ensuring adherence to SEBI guidelines and disclosure requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **LLB** (Bachelor of Laws) degree (LLM is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on working with CS, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of VAT filing, SEBI regulations, and company listing processes.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
