Key Responsibilities

1. Celebrity & Influencer Collaborations (Inbound)

  • Partner with the PR agency to manage jewellery placement requests and approvals.
  • Coordinate jewellery selection, packaging, and delivery for shoots and public appearances.
  • Liaise seamlessly with celebrity teams, influencer managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.

2. Celebrity & Influencer Outreach (Outbound)

  • Identify and reach out to stylists, influencers, and talent for potential collaborations.
  • Research and shortlist relevant brands for collaboration shoots and A-list seeding.
  • Maintain and update the influencer and brand outreach tracker on a weekly basis.

3. Sample & Inventory Management

  • Manage marketing sample inventory — track check-ins, returns, and ensure accountability.
  • Maintain and update the sample tracker weekly for accuracy.

4. PR Coordination

  • Support in building and nurturing relationships with stylists, media houses, and PR partners.
  • Compile and share monthly PR reports summarizing key placements, features, and brand visibility.

5. Catalogue & Campaign Shoot Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end shoot logistics — from model bookings, HMU, and sample handovers to scheduling.
  • Follow up with agencies for final assets and conduct quality checks before creative handover.

6. Marketing Admin & Support

  • Update the marketing cost sheet weekly and assist in budget tracking.
  • Provide executional support for ongoing marketing initiatives including gifting, styling projects, and wedding campaigns.
