About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, partnerships, and strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
