Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and work towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to enhance sales opportunities and provide product demonstrations to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
