Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth for Nature Homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop business growth plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales activities with company goals.
  • Track, review, and report on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales leadership.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
