About the Role
Bilvaleaf Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive Intern (Online Bidder / Bidding Specialist) to join our growing team
We're looking for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Project Bidding, or Sales, particularly on freelancing and B2B platforms.
You'll work closely with our internal teams to acquire new clients, prepare strong proposals, and handle both international and domestic business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, bid, and secure projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, GeM, Indiamart, TradeIndia, and similar platforms.
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Manage client acquisition and engagement via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , cold emails, and direct calls.
Track and manage business pipelines using HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent tools.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients.
Collaborate with Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, and Design teams to align project deliverables.
Conduct competitor and market research to refine bidding strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Project Bidding / Sales (mandatory).
Proven experience with:
➤ Freelance platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
➤ B2B portals: GeM, Indiamart, TradeIndia
➤ Lead generation tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
➤ CRM & pipeline tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Trello/Asana
Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
Strong ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Prior track record of handling international and domestic projects.
Compensation & Growth
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month (Performance-Based)
