Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager Business Excellence to lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, process innovation, and business transformation across the organization.

This role is central to designing scalable systems, improving delivery quality, and enabling data-driven decision-makingall aligned with Simplify Healthcares mission to simplify healthcare through innovation.

Youll work closely with senior leaders across India and the U.S., gaining exposure to strategic initiatives that shape our business performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth. This is a high-impact role offering both visibility and influence within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Value Driven Process Improvement & Optimization
  2. Identify, design, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across business functions.
  3. Conduct process audits and gap analyses to identify improvement areas and drive measurable outcomes.
  4. Reimagine workflows to deliver higher value for customers and employees.
  5. Strategic Transformation Leadership
  6. Lead end-to-end transformation projects with defined business outcomes and success metrics.
  7. Collaborate with functional and regional leaders to ensure adoption, scalability, and sustainability of key initiatives.
  8. Governance & Performance Management
  9. Establish governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and review mechanisms to track organizational KPIs.
  10. Standardize documentation, reporting, and operating processes to support transparency and scalability.
  11. Data-Driven Insights & Decision Support
  12. Build and interpret business intelligence models that uncover trends and inform strategic priorities.
  13. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  14. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  15. Drive organizational change through effective communication, training, and engagement programs.
  16. Partner with leaders across India and the U.S. to align on priorities, share best practices, and deliver results.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 6-10 years in Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or Process Improvement rolespreferably within Health Tech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of customer-centric process design, operational excellence frameworks, and performance analytics.
  • Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
  • Mindset: Strategic, outcome-driven, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and business efficiency.
  • Advantage: Prior experience working in an IT or technology company and a demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional impact.
