About the Role :

BosonTech is actively seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with a proven track record in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with end-to-end project experiencefrom blueprint to go-live and support. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full cycle of SAP PP module implementation on S/4HANA.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing operations.
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Production Orders
  • Routing
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Work Centers and Capacities
  • Shop Floor Execution
  • Align SAP PP processes with business process flows, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Perform integration of PP with MM, SD, PM, and FI/CO modules.
  • Configure and implement SAP QM components including :
  • Inspection Plans
  • Inspection Lots
  • Results Recording
  • Quality Notifications
  • Certificates and Control Plans
  • Support quality processes like in-process inspection, goods receipt inspection, and audit management.
  • Integrate QM with procurement, production, and sales processes.
  • Participate in all project phases : blueprinting, realization, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation and training materials.
  • Support change management activities, including end-user training and cutover planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and support data migration activities where needed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • 1012 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 3+ full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA.
  • Deep functional knowledge of both SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
  • Strong integration knowledge with adjacent modules (MM, SD, PM, FI/CO).
  • Experience with S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and MRP Live.
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing functional specs, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and lead discussions.
