We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP module along with knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP PP processes, and providing support to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP PP module as per business requirements.
  • Gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and design effective solutions.
  • Work on SAP PP processes such as Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers), Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Orders.
  • Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and WM modules.
  • Provide support for testing, user training, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and support business users.
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP PP implementation and rollout projects.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and new developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in MRP, Production Order Management, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning.
  • Experience in SAP PP integration with MM, SD, and QM.
  • Good understanding of discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and repetitive manufacturing.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA environment.
  • Exposure to SAP PP-PI (Process Industries).
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue resolution.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
