Role: SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience: 46 Years

Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP Production Planning (PP) processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders.

Manage Shop Floor Control: Order creation, release, confirmation, goods movement.

Configure Quality Management (QM) processes: Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Usage Decisions.

Support capacity planning and scheduling processes.

Handle integration touchpoints between PPMM, PPSD, and PPFI/CO.

Support users with incident resolution, enhancements, and training.

Document functional specifications and work with ABAP team for custom developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.

Good understanding of PP–QM integration.

Experience in discrete or repetitive manufacturing environments.

Exposure to Quality Certificates, Calibration, and BGV processes is preferred.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
