Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Bengaluru. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Responsibilities include managing project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing project plans, and mitigating risks. The role requires strong leadership to guide teams, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Data Technical Project Manager
to lead our
data modernization initiatives
and drive impactful transformation across our data ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the
    end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution
    of the data modernization program.
  • Drive
    migration of data assets and pipelines
    from PostgreSQL to
    Snowflake ODS
    .
  • Collaborate with
    data engineering teams
    to manage integration of
    DBT, Airflow, and AWS S3
    into the data workflow.
  • Manage
    backlogs, sprints, and delivery roadmaps
    , ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and mitigate
    risks
    , manage interdependencies, and resolve blockers in
    cross-functional teams
    .
  • Facilitate
    stakeholder communication
    through status updates, issue escalations, and documentation.
