We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts with relevant experience in accounting, GST compliance, and statutory filings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and filing GST returns, reconciling financial data, and supporting audits to ensure full compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and file GST returns on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of all tax-related data to maintain compliance with GST regulations.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and statutory reports.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all tax and financial records.
  • Keep updated with changes in GST laws, notifications, and circulars to ensure compliance.
  • Support in preparation and submission of TDS returns, income tax filings, and other statutory compliances.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong focus on GST compliance and filings.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
