Position : Senior Account Officer

What we are looking for?

B Com, M Com, MBA Finance, degree.

Minimum 6 to 10 years experience in handling bookkeeping, Accounts & Finance.

Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Candide must have the capability to handle the department independently.

Capable of managing end to end accounts up to finalization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate should have a positive attitude and spirit of learning.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other transactions
  • Active experience and experience managing a team of finance professionals across areas of audit, taxation, financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, TDS filing, GST filing , MIS reporting and monthly profit reports.
  • Update management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.
  • Archive financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Should have strong Knowledge in Accounts Finalization , Sales Tax, E –filling etc.,
  • Auditing of Purchase orders, Invoices & Vendor creations.
  • Candidate must be well versed with taxation, GST and budgeting.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of Administrative & Financial Regulatory and Legal Compliance.
  • Experience in Audit; Internal Audit and Tax Filings and Tax Assessments are a requisite.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Should be able to handle companies accounts till final balance sheet.

Key Skills:-

  1. Complete knowledge about Tally Prime and GST Returns a must criteria.,

  2. GSTR reconciliation and TDS Laws,,

  3. Knowledge of Tally or other ERP Software

  4. Eway Bills

  5. Ability to handle a Team of Professional Accounts

  6. Experience of handling junior team preferred.

Note:

Candidate should be very strong in Tally and Excel knowledge
