Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in Security Service at RAXAK SECURITY PROTECTION PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the security services team. Specifically, duties will include monitoring security operations, managing staff schedules, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding to emergencies and incidents as they arise. The role also involves regular reporting, budget management, and continuous improvement of security procedures to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in security operations and emergency response
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certifications in security management or related fields
