- Create robust user acceptance criteria to build all FAQs and decision
making scenarios - Plan and construct subject domains to effectively disseminate the
organisational knowledge - Liaise with the Subject Matter Experts (SME s), Knowlege Management
Lead and end users - Deliver all the Knowledge Management (KM) request SLAs within the
desired timelines - Liaise with SMEs to develop/ finalize appropriate Knowledge
management content - Validate scenarios and decision trees, including industry best
practice in KM content writing - Create troubleshooting scenarios to resolve customer issues
- Suggest improvement areas for better and faster end-user experience
on the KM tool - Use best practices from industry for search optimization and content
discovery - Education Requirement
Graduation/ Post Graduation in Computer Applications & Information
Technology
- Experience Requirement
5 - 8 Years
- Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge on basics of information analytics
- Good hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Word, Visio & Excel
- Internal and external customer service orientation
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Knowledge on HTML, Java & T2R for Jio will be an added avantage
