  • Provide desktop support for computers, laptops, operating systems, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot servers, network infrastructure (switches, routers, LAN), and connectivity issues.
  • Support and maintain printers and other office peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN, ensuring security and performance.
  • Maintain documentation and provide system performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Expertise in CCTV systems, servers, network hardware, and desktop devices.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, TCP/IP, and network protocols.
  • Relevant certifications CCNA, CCNP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
