Our Approach

Drawing inspiration from India's ancient Gurukul system, Antaha Juniors introduces a holistic ecosystem centered on each child's well-being. Each child is supported by a dedicated well-being educator who observes emotional, mental, and social patterns through school engagement and one-on-one interactions.

This ensures timely intervention when signs of stress, anxiety, anger, impact of in school behaviour, or isolation begin to appear. Educators work closely with parents and schools to track a child's progress and help them grow with awareness, balance, and inner strength.

The Role – Well-being Educator

As a Well-being Educator, you will work with schools and students across India, conducting offline sessions focused on emotional wellness, mindfulness, and holistic growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-person sessions and activities in partner schools
• Observing and assessing behavioral patterns in children
• Developing age-appropriate modules and experiential content
• Engaging with parents, teachers, and school staff for follow-up and progress tracking
• Representing Antaha Juniors in workshops, awareness programs, and school collaborations
• Creating creative learning tools, content, and exercises focused on emotional balance and mindfulness

Ideal Candidate

• Master's in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to a child's overall growth
• Open to learning mindfulness-based teaching methods
• Willing to travel for school collaborations and sessions across India
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ganganagar (Rajasthan) or based in Delhi/NCR willing to travel.
