We're now expanding our human capital team — and looking for an HR Specialist who can nurture our people, processes, and purpose.

Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and people-driven
HR professional
who can help us build a motivated, high-performance team across multiple domains — from AI and content creation to education and research, handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a vibrant work culture across hybrid teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    — job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support
    policy formulation, compliance, and grievance management
    .
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Kaidoko's mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist/Executive/Manager, preferably in
    IT/Media/startup sectors
    .
