Software licensing Management Expert

Your tasks

• Maintain SNOW Software Asset Management tool
• Monitor performance inc. downtime, upgrades etc
• Generate and provide regular reports on SAM activities
• Perform regular license compliance checks
• Update and maintain commercial data in SNOW
• Maintain and monitor renewal negotiation calendar for top vendors
• Identify opportunities for report improvements and automations
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of existing reports, making updates as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs

Your Qualifications

• Ideally degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Intelligence or equivalent
• Software licensing knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management
• Previous experience with SAM tool (SNOW, Flexera)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
