  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new employees and handling exit formalities.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, manage grievances, and ensure a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies, and ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, assist in developing employee growth plans, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
