Role Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, inquiries, and existing clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about services or products.
  • Counsel prospective students/clients regarding courses, programs, or services offered.
  • Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
  • Understand client/student needs and suggest suitable courses or solutions.
  • Handle queries, doubts, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion into admissions or sales.
  • Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or campus visits for walk-in prospects.
  • Provide guidance on admission processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by management.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on call outcomes, leads, and admissions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients.
  • Keep updated knowledge of all services, courses, and offers to handle queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to implement effective strategies.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous approach in every interaction to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
