Role Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle client calls, explain services, and maintain good customer relationships. Candidates with good spoken English and experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales support will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to clients.
  • Explain company services and answer client queries.
  • Maintain call records and follow-up details.
  • Support the sales team with lead management.
  • Provide professional and polite communication at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Good spoken and written English is a must.
  • Confident and polite communication style.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
  • Telecalling / customer service / sales support experience preferred.
  • Well-organized and target-oriented.
