YOUR NEW ROLE

• The primary focus of this role is to support NAB's Resilience & Crisis Management Centre of Excellence
• Reporting to the Manger, Resilience & Crisis Management in Australia, in this role you will be supporting Business Continuity, Incident & Crisis Management arrangements across the Group to ensure NAB is compliant with Prudential Standard CPS230 requirements
• Supporting the Resilience & Crisis Management team in the delivery of activities required to meet Prudential Standard CPS230 ensuring NAB is compliant including the delivery of high-quality BIA and BCPs across the Group ​
• Supporting standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across the BCM program by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures, Tools, Templates, Help Guides are maintained
• Support data analysis to uncover misalignments, gaps and insights from complex data systems

• Ability to focus and drive change effectively​

• Basic knowledge of Business Continuity, Resilience, Incident & Crisis Management

• Background and experience in business continuity, operational resilience disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency management and/or risk management

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Support a strong business resiliency, preparedness and response environment across NAB
• Support thematic reviews/deep dives to implement process improvement opportunities, identify areas for improvement, misalignments and uplift opportunities
• Support standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across Business Continuity & Crisis Management program
• Undertake data analysis across the program
• Complete administration activities
