Habitainer transforms how India builds. We are a design-first modular construction company delivering luxurious, sustainable homes and hospitality projects in record time through factory-built innovation. With 200+ completed projects, resorts across India, and a bold global expansion roadmap, we are scaling rapidly. The VP of Sales & Marketing will be the force multiplier behind this rocket.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This leader will architect Habitainer's aggressive growth trajectory across India, Dubai, Africa and beyond. They will build revenue engines, lead high-performance teams, sharpen our brand positioning, and expand our market among homeowners, developers, and hospitality investors. The role demands a builder's mindset: strategic, hands-on, data-driven, and insanely ambitious.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SALES LEADERSHIP


• Own annual revenue targets and drive growth from ₹15 Cr to ₹1000 Cr over 10 years


• Build, mentor and scale a national + export sales team


• Drive performance culture with dashboards, CRM discipline, and clear KPIs


• Expand B2B channels with hotel brands, developers, and channel partners


• Develop pricing strategies, international contracts, and go-to-market for new product lines


• Close marquee deals with resorts, fleet rentals, and Plot+Home developments

2.MARKETING EXCELLENCE


• Lead brand strategy, product marketing, and creative direction


• Own full-funnel growth: TOFU demand, MOFU nurturing, BOFU conversion


• Oversee digital acquisition, SEO/SEM, social media, and PR


• Launch global campaigns showcasing prefab luxury living


• Build narrative and marketing for new geographies: GCC, Maldives, Africa


• Grow Habitainer's digital channels into lead-generating powerhouses

3.STRATEGIC INITIATIVES


• Shape expansion strategy for modular rentals, exports, and manufacturing


• Build partnerships with hospitality operators, architects, and property groups


• Drive innovation based on market insights and competitive intelligence


• Represent Habitainer at global conferences and investor pitches

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• 8-10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth leadership


• Proven success in real estate, hospitality, prefab/modular, or construction markets


• Track record of delivering ₹100 Cr+ annual revenue or equivalent scale


• Strong network with developers, HNIs, and institutional investors


• Results-obsessed mindset backed by CRM and analytics literacy


• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills


• Ability to operate in a startup-speed, execution-first environment
