  • We are seeking an experienced D365 Retail System Administrator to join our team in Bengaluru
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 Retail system, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing technical support for retail solutions
  • You will be working closely with various business units and IT teams to ensure that the system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the D365 Retail system, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to D365 Retail and associated modules (POS, HQ, Back office, etc)
  • Perform system configuration and maintenance tasks to support daily retail operations
  • Support the implementation of D365 Retail features, updates, and patches
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand retail processes and requirements
  • Provide technical support and user training for D365 Retail users
  • Manage system integrations with other applications and services
  • Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and functional
  • Monitor system performance, perform audits, and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a D365 Retail System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong expertise in managing and administering D365 Retail solutions
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 POS, HQ, and Back office configurations
  • Understanding of retail operations and processes and how they integrate with D365 Retail
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to D365 Retail
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based retail solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
