Job Description: Booking and Operations Manager – The Perfect Space

Role Summary:

The Booking and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all booking activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and managing daily property operations. This role involves coordinating guest reservations, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, managing vendor relations, and optimizing operational workflows across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage guest booking processes for all properties, including online and direct bookings.

2.Supervise guest arrival and departure, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out and overall guest satisfaction.

3.Oversee daily property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination.

4.Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly.

5.Maintain accurate property calendars and update booking platforms with current listing information.

6.Track operational expenses, manage budgets, and oversee inventory controls.

7.Coordinate repairs, maintenance, guest amenities, and emergency support with internal teams and external service partners.

8.Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and service standards across all properties.

9.Support marketing strategies, promote property features, and assist with upselling and cross-selling to maximize occupancy and revenue.

10.Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2.3+ years' experience in property management, hospitality, or related operations roles.

3.Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills.Proficient in property management software, booking systems, and office applications.

4.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capacity.

5.Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call duties as required.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience with luxury property management or hospitality.Familiarity with vendor management, negotiation, and service delivery monitoring.Knowledge of the local market and trends in upscale accommodation.This position is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences, efficient property operations, and supporting the growth and reputation of The Perfect Space.

Pay: ₹10, ₹38,825.40 per month
