Role Description:

Senior Engineering Manager for FinancialAccounting will be responsible for overseeing engineering managers and teams involved in R2R(RecordToReport) and Treasury(TR) initiatives. This individual will ensure that all engineering activities align with the organization's objectives while fostering effective and innovative deployment and integration of automation solutions within the Financial Systems landscape.

  • Practical experience in developing / implementing / managing SAP R2R and TR functions (14+ years)
  • Solid understanding of business process improvement, compliance, risk management, and relevant regulations (especially within Finance and accounting domains)
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences (English language proficiency required).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in tools like Gitlab for configuration management is a plus
