Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all types of civil construction activities at site as per project timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in accordance with structural drawings.
  • Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings for execution and site clarification purposes.
  • Interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings accurately on site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in civil site execution, specifically in high-rise building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BBS preparation is a must.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
