Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer (Experience 5-10 years) located in Kolkata. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with civil engineers and other team members on-site. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction works, managing project timelines, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with on-site construction activities and Quality Control
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Structural Engineering and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of working on construction projects, preferably in an urban setting
  • Knowledge of relevant construction software and tools is an advantage
